Quantum-Matter-Academy

Quantum Matter Academy: Knotenpunkt im Netzwerk

 

Ganz im Zeichen des wissenschaftlichen Austauschs und der zukunftsgerichteten Forschungskooperation steht die Quantum Matter Academy (QMA). Die QMA betreut alle clusterbezogenen akademischen Lehr- und Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen für den Wissenschaftsnachwuchs des Exzellenzclusters ct.qmat. Ziel ist, einen übergreifenden Gemeinschaftsgeist unter den Doktorand:innen und Postdocs zu fördern und Brücken zwischen den Forschungsgruppen, zwischen den zwei Clusterstandorten Würzburg und Dresden zu bauen. Regelmäßige Treffen wie das jährliche QMA-Retreat oder das Cluster-Retreat ermöglichen den jungen Wissenschaftler:innen, sich zu vernetzen. In den Cluster-Gremien ist die QMA durch gewählte Repräsentant:innen vertreten.

QMA-Repräsentant:innen

Der wissenschaftliche Nachwuchs ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil unseres Clusters, seine Interessen spiegeln sich in unserer Forschungsstrategie wieder. In unseren Gremien werden die Anliegen der jungen Forscher:innen durch QMA-Repräsentant:innen vertreten, die alle zwei Jahre neu gewählt werden. Die Wahlen finden jeweils während des jährlichen QMA-Retreats statt.
